I'm thankful that it's the kind of place where I've referred a bunch of people, 5 of whom now work here. We're constantly inspecting and adapting how we do Agile and it's totally supported by management (mostly they just stay out of the way). We do lots and lots of pair programming, have a sustainable pace, our product managers (aka owners) are the best! Our only big problem is finding really good test-infected developers to work here! I'm working as part of a small Agile Consulting company in Ottawa. My daily commute only involves getting my kids to school.
